„Just as described, the beautiful restoration was secluded and quiet and close to Concord and Contoocook. We stocked up on local farm goods at the nearby Dimond Hill Farm. The house was well stocked in linens and the kitchen, and activity shed. We even had a cute baby porcupine grazing nearby as we had some morning coffee by the fire pit.“

„This was a great weekend spot for my family of four, 2 adults, 2 kids. The cottage seems recently flipped and well done. Bunk beds were a hit with the kiddos and the waterfront was much more peaceful and quieter than expected. Close to plenty of food and activities.“

„It the beginning of the season so there are bound to be some hiccups but the host was super responsive and handled everything quickly. House is a bit smaller than appear in pictures. Says it sleeps 12 but that really is a stretch. We had 6 and that was fairly packed. We had a day where we lost water. The hot tub needed treatment so was down for a couple days. Only 2 small pans. Need a large pan Master bedroom curtains don’t cover the whole window so get ready for some bright ...

„We had the pleasure of staying the week at Vasha. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We’ve stayed in dozens of rentals across the US, and this one was definitely the best stocked! Maggie & Kyle were so generous and had excellent communication. The property is so close to everything you would want to experience in NH. Our family (and golden doodle!) enjoyed our time immensely. The beds are fantastic and the views are one of a kind. We look forward to coming back already!“

„We stayed her with our five kids and a dog. The place had a great game room set away from the living room for our three teenage boys to hang out in and be boys. The girls had the living room so plenty of space when they needed a break from each other. It was pretty expensive tho. Figured it would be nice to have toilet paper, some dishwasher tabs, paper towels...basic stuff that most vrbo homes to start out with. All in all it good stay.“

„We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was great that we could walk across the street to the beach and enjoy the amenities of the Akwa Marina and Beach Club. The house was set up well and had AC throughout. We would definitely stay there again as it had a New England rustic charm.“

„Great little cabin across from beautiful lake. Cabin is equiped with basic needs of dishware and utensils. Bring your own pillows, sheets, blankets and towels. I brought papertowels, toilet paper and cleaning wipes also. Bring extra blanket for chilly nights. Cabin is not insulated. Space heater is provided and did help in the small space. Could have sat on that frint porch for hours! Loon calls at night are very soothing. 100% recommend and hope to return next summer. No negative to report.“

„Better than advertised. Everything was great, Annie was great to communicate with, son forgot his toothbrush but no problem, one was waiting. The home was perfect, even things like access to different streaming platforms on both TVs was thought of by Annie. Deck with furniture and grill were a great touch. Washer and dryer in the basement came in handy. Love the front room. Hope to come back here again, can't recommend it enough.“

„Friends and I booked the house for the weekend. We went to see Hank Williams Jr at the pavilion 3 miles down the road. Great location to wander around and enjoy! House was very clean had everything we needed. The only bad thing was we wanted a ride to the show so we wouldn't have to worry about driving. It was a busy night for rides understandably but it seemed the Uber/Lift/Taxi companies are definitely struggling out there. Took us over an hour to finally get a taxi ride there... 3 miles= $70 ...

„At arrival found out that the number pad entry wasn’t working, called the property manager, she was helpful and explained an alternative way to open the door, but it seemed they were aware this was an issue and didn’t let us know ahead of time. The floors weren’t very clean in the common areas. The bathrooms were clean. The mattresses were on bed frames with no box springs. I’m guessing this home has recently been turned into a Vrbo and still needs some work. The house is in a cute small town ...
