„We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend.“

„Property was as described except it states there is a spacious deck which there is not. Also wish the fire pit was closer to house. Neither were a big deal as the weather wasn't great so we didn't spend much time outside. Could use a little more lighting outside as its very dark and a little more seating in main living area for guests. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. Fit 6 adults comfortably.
