« Great location and super communication with the host. We had an issue with the WiFi and the host went out of his way to troubleshoot and sent service from the company over. It was unfortunate, but they host did everything they could to address in a timely manner.One thing to note: If you're staying with family, there isn't a lot of plates or kitchen necessities like cookie sheets or colanders, etc. So if you plan on making dinner in, make sure to bring your own items. »

« A lovely property, a couple of blocks from the subway, , very comfortable bed, well furnished, easy wifi, noise control is pretty good. Multiple smudges, scratches throughout, in the hallways as well as the apt. Shower head in the bath has peeled painting. The large window doors were locked shut. Opening would have permitted of lovely, gentle breeze. A big (live) cockroach in the middle of the living room floor. »

« The studio is comfortable and well equipped, very conveniently located. Easy access to the subway and buses in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. Close to a variety of stores. Angela is a very reactive and efficient host. We certainly do recommend this property! »

« Great location, walkable, safe and spacious. Host is very easy and quick to communicate.Communication can be improved on a few areas- no pull out coach as described. Appreciated late check out for a small fee but frustrating that our key card was not extended and the cleaners kept knocking and were not notified. However host was very quick to answer & remedy the issue. Lovely stay, would certainly stay again! »

« We loved the centrally located neighborhood. It was quiet and convenient. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Charlene was an absolute gem to work with. Highly recommend this place. »

"Nous avons passé 5 nuits en famille exceptionnels au Virgin New York. Nous étions mes trois filles et moi même dans une chambre double au 19 eme etage, suffisamment grande pour nous 4, compte tenu la taille de chambres a NY L hôtel est très beau avec toutes les commodités y compris une jolie piscine que bien qu ouverte nous n avons pas utilisé car il faisait un peu froid. Il est très bien situé pour découvrir la ville, sans être dans un quartier mega bruyant comment times square. En lisant certains commentaires j avais un peu peur avant d y arriver, mais dans son ensemble cette hotel a ete une belle surprise !"
