« The cabin was exactly as described, with photos that reflect the space. The property itself was beautiful and well cared for. Jake and Becky were very nice and responsive, though we didn’t have any issues during our stay. We enjoyed fishing, relaxing by the fire, making s’mores, exploring the grounds, making art, and browsing nearby shops. It was a great weekend! »

« Great spot for fishing timber coulee creek and a little golf at the par 3 course at Snowflake. The heron stopped by to feed in the creek just off the deck and the deer all but joined us for our morning coffee. I thought the road would be too close but there were so few vehicles we hardly noticed. A very nice spot to slow down for a few days. »

« We had the pleasure of getting a little snow during our stay which was awesome.But the roads from the cabin were sloppy with the melt the following day and we had trouble getting out to go for a grocery run. Kirsty and Kyle were very helpful and were kind enough to bring us some coffee and flour. Really great folks and a very beautiful and private location. Great space to reset from reality. Highly recommend. »

« Quiet and cozy cabin across the street from the Kickapoo River. Perfect size for two to take a quiet getaway for a time. Much to see in the Readstown and Viroqua area and Kickapoo Valley. Excellent hiking trails, restaurants/ bars and shopping within a short drive. LeAnne was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again in the future. »
