It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. « Great house for 2 families while at Cooperstown. A couple of issues that the owner addressed. The only downside and not really against the property but you cannot walk to Dreamspark so the proximity was nice but you cannot walk onto the complex. »

« Great accommodations for any getaway. There is enough to do right at the Pulpit House, you don't even need to plan other entertainment. Our family has stayed in many VRBO rentals and this is by far our favorite, just because of the convenience and atmosphere. There is dining and a small convenience store in very short walking distance, as well as a park for children. We highly recommend a stay here, and plan to return. »
