Hotels in Chittenango

„Very clean, helpful front desk staff, breakfast very good, bed comfortable.“

„Good“

„Rudest staff i have ever encountered.“

„Sauberes freundliches Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung“

„The hotel is located right beside a very busy highway. We had a room facing this highway and it was extremely loud the whole night because the windows are not double-glassed. So be aware and ask for a room NOT FACING to the highway when you are booking.“

„I believe when a hotel property is undergoing renovations, there should be some type of small discount/incentive for the inconvenience. Doesn't have to be much, maybe a free desert or pastry in the morning. Food for thought!“

„Great hotel for a short stay during a road trip“

„The room smelled horrible, like cat pee, but there was no carpet so I we were thinking it must be the mattress? There was a cigarette burn mark in the blanket and the pillows were tiny, lumpy things. We were unable to tolerate the smell so we checked back out immediately and left to find new lodging. The man behind the counter said he would cancel our reservation, but two weeks later, no refund or communication has come through.“
