« Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we had to wait outside the apartment for approximately 20 minutes because no one was there to check us in. Once inside, we found the room to be full of mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable. The bed was in terrible condition. The mattress was old, sagged badly in the middle, and provided no support, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. « Extremely clean rooms and environment. Very high standards maintained throughout the entire resort. Furniture in the rooms were of very good quality and the rooms were even better than the pictures portrayed in the adverts. »
