« Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home...

« The panoramic view of Mission Bay is beyond beautiful, the home is very nice, modern and clean. One of the bedroom has an overwhelming smell of dog(s) the second bedroom has that same smell but it’s minimal. Had a little bit of trouble with communication of the code to access the home but the direct point of contact responded quickly. The only suggestion I’d recommend; have foil available if possible. Overall the walking distance to the beach, Belmont Park, convenient store and restaurants with...

« This home was perfect for our family gathering over New Year's. The home is very comfortable..we had 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 5-16) and so we didn't want a sterile, showpiece house that we felt we couldn't be ourselves in. Cia and Charlie were excellent hosts, answered all our questions, and provided a lovely home. The many beautiful plants made it feel extra special. »

« Kitchen was great had everything we needed. The whole house was clean. Refrigerator was huge and extremely clean. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. Just a suggestion you might want to include tissues. »
