"Our room was a total mess: the carpet was dirty, rust on lamp, dirty fingerprints on the bathroom door, no cleaning services during our four nights stay, the « breakfast included » should be identify as « coffee, muffins and oatmeal packs⊠only one roll of toilet paper for our entire stay, toilet ..."
