« The cabin was perfect for my spouse, 17 yo daughter and dog. I loved reading next to the river and having space for my dog to play. The garage door wall of the kitchen opened up the space more and was great having all the fresh air. Kitchen was just right, the bedrooms and beds comfy too! We came up for a wedding and to detress without the fuss and this was a perfect spot. Town was a couple minutes away. Thank you for sharing your space with us! »

« This was the perfect little cabin for us and the hosts were so nice! We were visiting our son in Dolores and Wendy and Paul have a spot that is like home away from home, which made it so nice to be able to have some great family time with our son. The outdoor seating area was perfect for evening gathering and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets!! Highly, highly recommend!! »

« This property was located perfectly for day excursions to Mesa Verde and Durango. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Very comfortable furnishings. My only suggestion would be to install screens on the windows and doors. We couldn’t open them at certain times of day due to the bugs. »

« Property was very close to Delores with a remote wilderness feel. Saw lots of deer and horses. Only about 20 min. to Mesa Verde National Park. The only drawback was the sulfur smell from the hot water. We had a great stay. »

« A group of us were in town dealing with a family emergency and we are so grateful to have been together in such a beautiful, calm and well-appointed house. « Wonderful cabin, excellent communication with host & accurate description of property. I'd strongly recommend future guests to bring fans, cabin does not cool well or have proper air flow without access to back door. Keeping all windows/door open helps but not sufficient during current heat wave. We look forward to our next visit & strongly recommend. »

« We had a fantastic time at this eco ranch, and Kathy made us feel instantly at home. The accommodations were wonderfully comfortable and simple, set in a gorgeous landscape that is Kathy and Bob’s 120 acres of property. « This Bungalow was absolutely adorable with all its antiques and special touches. The property was so relaxing and peaceful with the private lake and the gardens. I never even seen another soul when I was there.. well except the owner’s dog Beau and he was pretty awesome. I highly recommend this location if your looking to just relax and breath in some mountain air for a couple of days. »

« spaciousness was nice, cleanliness was questionable (cobwebs, front door hadn't been cleaned, dust everywhere), kitchen appliances were old and rickety (dishwasher worked but had to be very careful to open, no griddle, bathroom situation for that many people was hard to manage. yard was not very usable. »

« Better than advertised. Quite small ranch setting that provided a home base from which we explored the surrounding 4 Corners area. Our host and hostess were helpful in providing brochures and trip advice. Tom also took time to invite me into his shop and show and explain his latest project. We highly recommend and extend a special thanks for our experience. »
