« I wasn’t allowed to check into my room until 6pm. Then when I got in my bed the mattress was so used I sunk to the bottom of the bed and could feel every spring. The next morning I got up to shower and my water pressure was just a trickle out of the shower head. »

« Room was spacious however outdated furnishings and decor. Carpet felt dirty. Breakfast was horrid - minimal options for food, no coffee, and milk was sour so we went elsewhere! Only one staff member was friendly/helpful. »

« We were in town for a concert at the Ford Center. We had the breakfast and dinner which were very good. Pool was cold but the hot tub was nice. We had a room near the lobby area and the walls were super thin. We could hear everything at 7:00am. People, doors slamming and dogs barking. The room was a little dated but clean. »

« Staff was wonderful! Super helpful and very nice. Also the first morning their oven was down so there was no hot food except for oatmeal and pancakes. They offered and gave us extra IHG points and had it fixed the next morning as we had a college softball team coming in. Also the general manager was awesome! Great stay! Thank you! »
