« The check-in process was smooth and the customer service was fine. Our room was in a wing there the property appeared to be in the process of remodeling, however, and the long walk to our room was very unsightly. We saw furniture and MATRESSES out in the hallway as well as rooms open that were in disrepair. In fact, the whole property from what we saw seems to be in a state of disrepair. « Hôtel agréable et situé comme la plupart près de l'entrée de l'H-wy sans que cela trop bruyant. Petit déjeuner réduit à sa plus simple expression. Ce qui gâche vraiment le séjour, c'est la qualité déplorable de l'accueil, peu agréable avec l'impression de déranger. Dommage car la chambre était -elle - agréable à vivre. »

« The staff was very rude, the room was torn apart in places, I'm assuming it was paint splatter on the walls in the bathroom, although the color of splatter was nowhere in the room or the hotel that I ever saw, cracked tiles in the bathroom. »

« We have stayed here several times over the years when in the Bismarck area visiting family. I love the location and the option of having two rooms and a kitchen area. The staff are always helpful and accommodating. The property itself needs some serious updating. The chairs in the kitchen area are peeling and coming apart. « Staff was very friendly and kind. Rooms were clean. Supplies were lacking. Empty containers of hand wash and body wash. Front desk advised it has been ordered but no refills. Also, rooms and towels only cleaned every three days which we were not aware of so left our used towels on the floor. When we came back to our room at 1:00 am after a long drive from Medora we came back to no supplies for a shower. Staff were very friendly at reception and breakfast. »
