« The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didnât do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. « Everything was perfect; the breakfast is really hood and have a lot of variety. The beds are really confy. The pool was heated so my kids can enjoyed it.
The only thing was that at 9am, the guy was doing the lawn and it was impossible to sleep because it is so noisy. »
