« Rooms are not very clean, a lot of dust and bugs everywhere in a bedrooms. Kitchen also dirty, kayaks outside was dirty , fishing rods broken , trash was left from previous guests downstairs! Grill not works on a day we check in. Patio area is full of pet hair everywhere on a floor , chairs and tables! Location is nice ! Housekeeping service is terrible! For the price we paid we expected to have more. »

« This property was perfect for my family to stay in while visiting Snowshoe for the 2026 GNCC race. There was ample room for everyone. We especially loved being so close to everything, yet secluded enough to feel like we were on a private retreat. Our grandkids enjoyed the bunk room and the wide variety of toys that were available.
