„Sehr grosszügige Zimmer. Zentral gelegen. Gutes Frühstück.“

„Zimmer rein und mit Balkon“

„We spent one night at this hotel and loved it. We arrived early and one of our rooms was already ready, which was very convenient. Simple rooms but with everything. The spa is also great, and the restaurant is excellent. Everything went great and we will definitely stay here again whenever we come to this area. Only thing that could be improved is that the pool temperature was not very warm (definitely not 35 degrees), so it was a bit cold for the cool weather.“

„Schneller Checkin. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Einzelzzimmer war gross genug. Dusche sehr klein. Parkgarage für Motorrad mit 10Euro.“

„This is my second visit all the staff can't do enough for you i had to ring and inform them I was going to be late checking in as I had problems they told me that was OK they even kept the restaurant open“

The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use ...
