« As someone who works with vacation rentals on a daily basis, and knows what it takes to have a good quality rental with all the amenities; this property is perfect. It was more than spacious enough for our large group, the pool was better than the pictures, and everything worked in the game room. The house was spectacularly clean, and there were plenty of towels to go around. The heated floor in the master bath was an added bonus!! Don’t second guess yourself if you’re thinking about this house...

« Stayed here for my daughters graduation from The University of Tennessee. Go VOLS :) I wish we had more time as the location is prefect. Easy to get to campus and Knoxville. The location is peaceful and very relaxing. The "tiny" house was perfect. Will definitely book again upon returning to Knoxville. »

« Very lovely condo. Super clean with great furnishings, smart TV's and beautiful bedding. We love the mountains and University of Tennessee football. Great location close to hiking and then a short drive to the game. We had a great experience! »
