« I didn’t stay. After seeing 2 of the rooms and noticing how terrible they smelled and how dirty they were I never checked in. The hotel showed a 7.4 on the Expedia site but that hotel should not have even been a zero. I will dispute the “no show” charge if it appears on my credit card bill. »

« Southern hospitality at its best! From the snack basket (which was quickly eaten) to the clean and comfortable beds, the entire experience was focused with guests’ comfort in mind. Highly recommend this peaceful place in the rolling hills of Dayton. No water when we were there, but would imagine it would be great fishing off the dock. »

« Kitchen well stocked with large pots and pans. Plenty of paper products .. never ran out of hot water and there were 6 of us . Driveway was hilly to get kayak trailer in easily but since driveway was pull thru became a non issue . Easy access to downtown Sparta . Next door neighbor and son were super sweet and welcoming . Bryan said we could turn trailer around in his yard if we needed … southern hospitality at its best ! »
