« This is a wonderful resort. »

« The room was clean, the common areas were clean. MOST of the staff was helpful. However, we had a poor experience with maintenance. Our AC broken and he looked at it twice, still broken and he seemed upset that he had to replace it. I had to go to the front desk multiple times to get it fixed. The indoor pool was a bad experience. The water was dirty. There were a lot of obnoxious and rude guests (at least 30). In addition, there were some very inappropriate bathing suits. I think...

« The resort was very clean with friendly staff. We enjoyed complimentary s'mores and pink lemonade. There are several food options at the resort. The trolley to Dollywood was quick and easy. »

« The staff were great but the room itself wasn’t good at all. The dining table and chairs were broken, the shower head wasn’t attached to the wall, I couldn’t give my kids a bath cause the stopper on the tub wouldn’t go down. There were earwigs and silver fish all through the bathrooms. The carpet smelled like sour milk. I honestly wasn’t even slightly happy. »
