We walked into our room and were very disappointed. There was what appeared to be pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink had stains (easily removed with water and a paper towel). One of the beds had multiple stains on the sheets. The stains were visible with the naked eye. How could housekeeping miss all of these. I went to...

« I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay! »

« The toilet in the room made a hideous squealing noise every 15-20 minutes that lasted for a few minutes. I asked for another room but they were booked up. The cold water in the sink didn’t work. The tv didn’t work. I let staff know and was told they were aware of the toilet issue previously and had ordered a part. It is upsetting they were aware and still booked the room.
