„Great location, very clean, and the host was very responsive!“

„I have stayed in many vacation rentals in many countries and USA. This host was the best, by far. Communication was...if I dare say...almost instant. He was immediate with responses to my inquiries; and when I questioned the AC, he was there in 20 minutes with a technician! The house was perfect for my son and his family and the location was great for restaurants, food shopping and Urban Air (an indoor activity site for kids.)Coffee and supplies ready for that first morning. „Very comfortable and clean house, with lovely and thoughtful amenities provided by the communicative and very kind host. The home is very conveniently located for Baltimore and local music venue destinations, and is very spacious with lovely outdoor space. Would book again next time we need accommodations in the area“

„Stayed here almost two weeks. Needed a cozy home like place for my daughter to recover from a surgery she had at the local hospital. It had a full sized kitchen to prepare meals and a comfortable bed. We liked the long couch in the living room. The home is in an older established neighborhood. It’s quiet and several children outside playing most days, which was nice to see these days. Owner communicated often if there was a problem they would handle.“

„Prior to check in directions were not clear. Kept telling me the link below and there was none. The link was above. Walls were dirty and marked up. Neighborhood not the best. Not a 4 star but close“

„The property was as listed. We appreciated the amenities provided. “

„The property veiws are outstanding. The upper bedroom that lead to the deck has an outstanding view from inside the bedroom as well as sitting on the deck viewing the Marly creek water way. From the deck, I've watched birds of prey dive in and out of Marly creek catching fish. Iv'e also seen other wildlife such as a family of geese, ducks and also a rabbit that lives on the property. Probably thinks its a pet. Spectacular and relaxing to watch. Victor has included a Trampoline, swing, ...

„This is a nice place to stay when visiting the area and traveling with our dog. Relaxing waterfall pond off the screeded-in porch is great for reading and morning coffee. The management representative is very receptive to any concerns or needs.“

„Parking situation good, just a half block away that covered one car, then for a second car 15/day which wasn’t bad. Overall comfortable but the pullout couch not so much. A stair banister would have been much appreciated and safer. Also more bedside tables for phones, glasses etc.“

„This has been one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. This home was very clean and wonderfully appointed. Convenience of location for our needs was absolutely perfect. Ample parking. Jessica was a very attentive host who did not skip on any of the little details. She communicated quickly and clearly with us. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to Annapolis!“
