„Easy check in. Staff were very helpful. I had made a mistake with my booking but it wasn’t an issue and staff sorted it on the spot. Room was comfy and clean. It was quiet and private. Breakfast was lovely. The house is beautiful and has a lovely little garden. Parking on site is convenient and lots of space. “

„Brathay Lodge makes for a very comfortable and convenient stay in the Lake District. The room was modern and well-maintained and the staff friendly and considerate. There is a parking fee (unless booked direct) but you’d have to pay elsewhere anyway. If you have an electric car it’s a good idea to let them know in advance so you can use their reasonably-priced ProjectEV charger. The continental breakfast was fresh and varied and set us up for the day. Would definitely stay there again. “
