« This was a very nice place to stay. A lot of room for the kids to play in the yard and the river. Also we had previously arranged to park two of our RVs on the property. It is quiet and off the beaten path but still easy to get to. Ron is a great host. »

« We spent our time hiking mostly. It was great to come back to and recover. Location is a little away from the main spots, that can be good and bad but overall we enjoyed our stay. Love the Tiny houses they are perfect for our family. »

« We stayed at Three River Resort cabin for 4 days and it was perfect for our family. When we arrived, we were greeted with smile faces and the check in process was easy and also gave us some recommendations if we wanted to do things around there. When we got to the cabin it was very clean and ready to be used. It had everything we needed. Plus the kids loved their own space on the loft. It was in perfect location to Crescent Butte, Taylor ParkReservoir and Gunnison. I highly recommend these...

« What a gem of a place! The private yurt with the outdoor kitchen made living outside a bliss. The river and summer fireflies took our breath away. An absolute oasis, and the hosts are magnificent! »

« It was great. The only issue was the long driveway that was lined by big rocks. It was difficult to get our boat to the cabin. Besides that, it was amazing! »

« Our family of six stayed in one of the tiny houses and while it was a bit of a squeeze, it was surprisingly comfortable and well equipped. Everything is beautiful and modern too! The kids enjoyed sleeping up in the loft beds. They also loved the games in the event barn, and the pool. A great spot to stay in the Montrose area! »
