„We had been camping for several days across Canada and was looking for a place to just relax for a couple nights. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating! And their options for breakfast satisfied all four of us. I really enjoyed sitting outside while eating. Easy to find and close to a mall.“

„Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis“

„The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay thanks to them! “

„Super clean, great amenities in the room and a decent breakfast with free parking, helpful staff and good location for Henrietta, Rochester and some of the finger lakes area. Highly recommended.“

„All was good“

„The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. „Convenient location for the strong museum“

„-If you’re disabled, this isn’t the place for you…there is no elevator. The staff isn’t accommodating and won’t put you on the first floor. -If you like to shower, this not the place for you…multiple different guests, were coming to the front desk, complaining of not having any hot water to shower with; I couldn’t believe, the person at the front desk told the guests, that there was nothing she could do, she was going to call her manager. Guests, who had events to attend, competitions, etc.,all ...

„Liegt an einer vielbefahrenden Straße. Keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel verfügbar “

„It's just across the street from ROC, took literally 2 minutes to walk to it. Front desk was very helpful & they have breakfast in the morning. 4-6 is a cold breakfast & & at 6 they have hot food as well. Beds were comfy, it wasn't super busy but it was quiet.“

„Alles bestens für unsere Ausflüge “

„Gut ausgestattete Appartments mit voll eingerichteter Küche, sodass man sich gut selbst versorgen kann und man nicht immer essen gehen muss, bei längerem Aufenthalt. Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt und doch im Grünen am Fluss “

„Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came. Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me.“

„Wonderful stay, staff was excellent!“
