« Amazing hotel with a washing machine inside each room. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed within Vietnam. The receptionist was kind of rude when I checked in though. I was served tap water (which I politely declined) when I checked it, and she served the next family some sort of fancy red tea. Check in was delayed by around 10 minutes as well. Everything else was great. »

"Very nice resort. We were offered to upgrade for a suite upon arrival, offer that we accepted. We weren’t disappointed at all. The suite was so big and beautiful. Felt like impressive volumes and the view on the ocean and beach was incredible. Staff was good and breakfast at regency club also. We were a bit disappointed at the beginning upon checkin. I do understand we arrived way earlier than regular checkin time (around 11:30am) but we felt like everything is nice until you pay for your upgrade and then we let you wait for your room with no info during 3h! That’s after two request and at 2:45pm that we received our key (and had to wait again 5 minutes at the room door because cleaning wasn’t still completely done, while all other travelers arrived between 11:30 and 2:30pm got to wait maximum 30 minutes before getting their rooms…"

Point négatif, le sèche cheveux mural était en panne, on a dû emprunter un sèche cheveux filaire, mais malheureusement aucune prise électrique murale dans la salle de bain, on était obligé de le brancher au coin bureau le sécher les cheveux. Pas très agréable surtout le matin lorsque les membres de la famille dorment encore."
