The Space: This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath lakefront home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and enjoying the outdoors. The main level features an open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, and convenient half bath. Large windows and French doors provide beautiful lake views and direct access to the expansive covered porch that runs the length of the house. The lower level includes all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing a quiet and private sleeping space separated from the main living area. Step outside and enjoy the best part of lake living with a newly constructed boardwalk along the water, perfect for morning coffee, sunset views, fishing, or tying up your boat for the day. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall. *HOUSE RULES* Must be 25 years and older to book. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. This is a no-smoking property. Exterior cameras are in use. The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon. Trash receptacle is available during stay and is located at the top of the driveway. Dishwashing machine is available for use during stay.
