I won't even get into the security deposit requirements that is not returned to you after successful checkout. But interesting enough I asked them to please double check the unit for cleanliness only to check in after my 2am for the unit to be dirty. There was hair and what appeared to be some type of white crusty on the bed sheets, the wash towels had hair on them, all the appliances weren't operable either. They clearly didn't follow what I asked and had the audacity to ask me to push my clients out in order for them to clean between 10a-5p. I explained to them that's not good business and that they should come immediately, being that I was there on business which they required to know in advance but still didn't take care of their business to ensure the unit was cleaned. I slept on that uncomfortable coach only to decide to leave the unit realizing they were never coming to clean it. The simple fact that they stay on top of you with making sure you send them deposits and things but don't stay on top of ensuring the units are readily available is poor business. Also, the unit is right next to a high prostitution area as well. They also don't have a designated parking spot which should be included with every unit, and the lot gets full very quickly so you may have to park outside the security gate which was creepy considering the area. Of course they offered nothing for the poor representation, experience, or my early departure due to the uncomfortable stay.
