« This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. « Price was very reasonable and responsiveness of owner excellent. Bed was comfortable and living area met our needs well. A couple of hiccups that would improve the property. Several areas in the ceiling of the bedroom 2nd floor below the open-air deck had hanging paint and plaster dangling from obvious prior ceiling water leaks. The stairs from the main living area to the bedroom have no railing or hand holds creating safety hazard. One evening when gently pulling the curtains closed in...
