Kitchen struggled to serve breakfast at appointed time, or as ordered, or even to open the dining room and turn on the lights by 8 am. Some of it was language issues, some was poor communication between reception and kitchen. The hotel is a bit creaky, but you could call it character. I enjoyed my stay. »

« Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful.
