One of the home's standout features is the private outdoor setting. Instead of looking directly into another vacation home's backyard, you'll enjoy peaceful conservation views with no rear neighbors. The private screened pool faces south, creating an inviting place to enjoy the Florida sunshine. A spacious screened lanai with outdoor patio furniture gives the family plenty of room to gather around the pool and enjoy the natural surroundings.



The adjoining private spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
