« Convenient location, very clean, excellent staff »

« Business stay here on the last day. Easy access to the airport via surface routes rather than the freeway hassle. Hotel is pleasant and staff is nice. There is self-parking and ballet-parking, both for a fee. »

« The website image of the room is way nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom door of the room doesn’t close and give privacy in the bathroom. The sink was really shallow and made it splash everywhere and it was all wet because there is not a fan just a constant fan on. »

« Parking was free and convenient. We stayed for 4 nights and I can say that the location was always 10-15 minutes away from everywhere we needed to be. Just a few things that need improvement: the room was really dark (even with all the lights on), they don’t make your bed at all (which was very odd to me), and our room key wouldn’t work consistently (we had to get a new one 3-4 times). »

« A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. »

« Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee. »

« Nous etions de passage à portland , en route vers le mont rainier. L'hotel est bien placé. Les chambres grandes. Un restaurant juste à cote de l'hôtel. Un bon hôtel d'étape. »
