« Poor breakfast options. We had to go elsewhere and pay for a better breakfast. I would not have minded paying more for a good breakfast at the hotel. One day they forgot to clean our room, they say because we had a no disturb sign at the door, bit this was not true. »

« It was late evening when I arrived, and I was exhausted, so it was my own fault that I did not check the room thoroughly before I brought all of my belongings in (which should not be necessary, but it is these days).
But I discovered a partially used soap and opened shampoos in the bathroom, and there was were numerous hairs on my pillowcase. The room had NOT been thoroughly cleaned!
To her credit, the hotel clerk did offer me another room, but because it was so late and I was so tired and had...

« They are in process of renovation but that didn't affect our stay. Comfy clean breakfast was very good. Lots of options. It is more than a 2 min walk to the Hard Rock. .6 miles. Actually more like 15 but very doable. All in all a great place. »
