Could not ask for a better location for a football game. Also walking distance to Sloan lake which was great to take in after over indulging at the game. House is very well insulated for sound which is nice considering it is essentially 4 levels including the rooftop patio

Great Location

The positive of this unit is its location to Empower Stadium. Just a short walk. Worked great for 3 couples. 2 of the rooms were tight but for location it worked. Host was responsive at check in and friends who flew in were able to check in early. After checking in, we realized there were no hand towels and no wash cloths. Also, 3 empty bottles of propane. We left a message for the host to get the items above but got no return call. Coffee pot was still not working correctly and other small inconveniences. Not sure who is taking care of this property but the inconveniences can add up.

Great location

The property was clean and in good repair. Nice neighborhood with plenty of stores and restaurants close by. Easy access to major roadways making it convenient to go in any direction. Rooftop patio is amazing. There were a couple of small issues more annoying then detrimental; showers only spray at half volume, the carpet has some pretty big stains, coffee pot over flows from the basket if more than six cups are brewed. Property management was very responsive when we had an issue getting in the door the first time. We really loved staying at this VRBO.

Concert at Empower Stadium

Great location for events at Empower Stadium. The condo was just at as listed. Plenty of room for couples or family gathering and enough private bedrooms for quote time. Rooftop deck was an added plus. Great kitchen for preparing meals should you not want to go out for meals.

Only for the young and fit

First the bad. Steps are steep and 17 long to the main floor. Then another 17 steep steps to your bedroom. Only consider if young and fit. or just staying a day. We were exhausted after 5 days. Owner has obligation to divulge this in listing. Although the place was very clean, the rugs everywhere were so badly stained that you got a different impression. Second, the good. Excellent location to downtown and all sporting venues. The rooftop was a great place to party. We only went there once to see. It was another 17 steep steps.

Awesome place, amazing view!

We really enjoyed our brief stay here. The place was really clean and well equipped. The view of the city from the rooftop is a winner. The only downside were the amount of stairs which still isn’t really a big deal. I was also very satisfied with the communication with the host.

Guys' weekend

The property was great, and just as advertised. The layout worked out well for our group, the common areas were roomy and had all of the conveniences, and the rooftop deck was great. Location was really convenient and felt very safe. Proximity to Sloan's Lake and to downtown was great. Would definitely recommend to both families and groups of friends.

Lovely property

The property is lovely and just as described! It would be a great place to stay if you are visiting Mile High Stadium. My suggestion would be to put luggage racks in the closets for a handy spot for suitcases. Thanks for making this stellar property available.

Great stay for a group

We had the best time in Denver and we all loved this property. The layout of the house worked out so well for our large group. Beautiful master on the first floor with its own bathroom. The kitchen level was open and spacious for our group and the pull out couch. Then third level had another master and a room with two beds and its own bathroom. Nobody was in the way of anyone else, tons of space. The place was equipped with everything we needed, kitchen fully stocked, extra sheets and pillows. The rooftop was the highlight. A huge outdoor space with plenty of seating, lighting, and an incredible view. Would definitely come back to stay at this property. Highly recommend.

Friends Get Away

We rented this property for a weekend get away with friends, a group of 7. The property exceeded all of our expectations. The roof alone was worth everything. Such a perfect hang out space for our situation. The location was close to tons of awesome restaurants and bars. Plan on using uber/lyft. Would highly recommend and look forward to renting again in the future.

I stayed with a group of my friends 8 of them. It was so spacious!! we all had our own bathrooms and beds. we didn’t have any problems with anything. If you had any questions or concerns the owners will respond to you fast. And omg my favorite part of this home was the view on the top building it was so calming you need to check this place out! I would definitely book this place again.

Great rental! Location, cleanliness, and the rooftop view!

I stayed two nights with a couple co-workers. We hosted a few clients one evening for drinks and the rooftop was a perfect setting with the downtown view. The beds were comfortable and everything in the home is up to date. I would definitely stay here again.
