The only complaints I have is that the air conditioning wasnât working as effectively as the thermostat was reading. Also the fans in each bedroom and the main area were not working either.
It was the perfect location. We were close to downtown, but away just enough that is very quiet and relaxing. It was super clean and comfortable, we loved our stay!
We had a great stay in this adorable apartment. It is situated in a mixed use building in Golden Colorado. It was the perfect spot to quickly get to our Red Rocks concert and the city. It was the just the right size for the two of us but could easily fit more. Check in and out was a breeze.
Overall it is a decent property, with a few issues.AC and heat did not work, tried to keep the air circulating with the fan setting on the unit.Ceiling fans are not functionalManagement company answers the phone but are not responsive to the tenants needs It is a very clean property that supplied laundry soap and dishwasher and shower and hand soap. The beds are comfortable as well.
Love the location and property! Great neighborhood (whole food type) grocery stores directly across the street. Very nicely furnished residence. Very comfortable beds! Very easy check in/out process and VERY attentive property management. Single issue: the fan remote controls donât work or are too confusing, thatâs it! Thanks!
The property was very clean and the check-in process was very simple. The location is also in a good and safe area of Golden.
The rating is based on a couple of issues we had:
-We were unable to adjust the temperature on the Google thermostat at all. We called the property management company and they said it was controlled by the owner. We asked for it to be turned down, but that never happened and it was extremely warm in the unit with no resolution.
-The ceiling fans all had remotes and none of them worked. Maintenance did come out and they said it looks like they were wired to the wrong unit within the property and no way to tell which one during our stay.
-The TV had 3 remotes and was very confusing and hard to use the TV.
-WiFi password in our check-in email and the detail book at the property were wrong, so no WiFi the first day. Not a big deal and they eventually emailed us the correct password.
Not sure if this is a new property, but if they can get these issues resolved, we definitely would stay there again. Very good value for what you get, but would have been nice to be offered a discount with all the issues we had.
