This listing is for Suite № 1 AND Suite № 2 and has a capacity of 24 adult guests. If a smaller capacity is needed, these two private units can be rented separately to comfortably sleep 12 per suite.

For business travelers we are two blocks from Denver’s central business district & 0.8 miles from the Colorado Convention Center.

*In wall Brilliant switches make it easy to control lighting, window shades, Sonos sound systems, TV’s, thermostat, etc… Preselected “Scenes” make adjustments with the press of just one button.

Secure garage parking is available at no additional cost. Garage is able to accommodate [2] cars or mid sized SUVs. Full size SUVs and extended vans will unfortunately not fit. Additional paid parking is available in the lot across the street.

This unit does not have elevator access and is not handicap accessible.

The property at HR of Denver consists of two side by side private lofts that are connected only by a common building entryway. When renting both suites guests will have access to the entire property including two large suites, parking, and laundry.

HR Collection is owned and operated by Jon & Kelly Van Sistine. We're independent local operators, not a large corporation.
In-Suite Dining: Private chef meals and catering can be arranged for your group. Ask us for menus.
HR2: Our sister property at 1010 Park Ave W. The 2nd Floor Grand Suite sleeps 14 with 7 king bedrooms and 9 baths; the 3rd Floor Grand Suite sleeps 16 with 8 king bedrooms and 10 baths. Game rooms, patios, elevator, and a 16-person conference room.
Local 75: Our private event venue with a bar, self-pour tap wall, and catering for up to 80 guests.
Larger groups: Book both HR of Denver suites for up to 24 guests, or add HR2 for up to 54.

○ Smoking is not allowed indoors but you are welcome to enjoy anything that suits you on your private exterior patio or rooftop.
○ No parties or events on site. For gatherings up to 80, ask about Local 75, our private venue nearby.
○ Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum late night & at a reasonable level all other times.
○ Noise, smoke, and occupancy sensors are in constant use to monitor and notify management of any irregular activity.
