I booked a two night stay, go the place for my mother and myself. The space overall is decent, it’s a set up from a hotel. The cleanliness of the property was laughable. The sitting chairs had crust on the back, the table had crumbs all over it. There was still food products forgotten by the earlier people. I found a toilet full of poop. Literally, the water to the toilet was shut off. I turned it on then the place started to smellhorrible, I had no choice but to deal with it myself. I had to remove an object that was obstructing it from flushing in the tank. Once that happened I was then able to fill the tank and flush the tank. It took a few of them but eventually everything went down. I contacted the property manager (2/3am) because I had to handle the situation I had a funeral in a few hours and needed to get ready. she was willing to send someone in the morning but we were not able to correctly confirm a time that day before noon. She then stated that she would get in contact with me about rectifying the situation once I have checked out and her cleaners and maintenance teams were able to go in and check things out. I then messaged same said property manager after 4pm the same day I checked out and have not heard a since things since the check out. The space was decent and very convenient, was close to family and comfortable for both of us to have our own spaces. I have video.There was also trash sitting in the hallway for the entirety of my stay and stuck up the hall.
