„The property is really good. The view was really mesmerizing with a background of long trees and the foggy tea estate after rainfall. Breakfast was Very Good. Staff is also very much responsive.“

„Sehr schön Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Blick! “

„We had a great stay at the Scenic Hotel! Especially the staff at this property makes the real difference. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The service you get is really special. And so is the property, everything is new and well made. The rooms are big and luxurious and equipped with a big glass window with insect protection so you can leave the window open all day long and let the jungle vibes in without any annoying insects. „The staff is very rude and unfriendly. The rooms are very different as to what is shown in the poctures. Restaurant kitchen is not clean. Team memebers from Happy Hub were good.“

„A modern hotel with lots of amenities but not quite a five star hotel as advertised. International travelers will probably be disappointed not be able to be served alcoholic drinks. The staff is very kind but there are serious translations issues. The location is wonderful, nestled among tea plantations and waterfalls.“

„ROOM WAS CLEAN STAFFS ARE HELPFULL POOL NEED TO CLEAN MORE BECAUSE SOME INSECTS IN THE WATER LOCATION ALSO GOOD“

„Beautiful place with a lot of peace“

„Great Experience“

„The views were spectacular, the food was amazing, the people were incredibly friendly and helpful.“

„Haven in the hills. Loved our stay at Windermere, a thoughtfully curated property with a a focus on nature. The staff were exceptionally helpful, meals wonderful and guided nature walks a wealth of fascinating information. Definitely recommend to nature lovers looking for a peaceful stay with all the creature comforts of a luxury getaway.“

„Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall.“

„The hotel is nicely located on a hill with an amazing view. Especially now at the end of monsoon the fog in the mountains is breathtaking. The hotel is nice, the food very good and we also enjoyed the spa. The staff is very friendly and we had a pleasant stay.“

„Best place in town. Nice restaurant, room was spacious and clean. Staff really professional and helpful.“
