« Booked 2 nights, paid for patio room, the ac went out the 1st night, that room had rusted bathroom door and drain issues, no where to put clothes cause the handles were missing so couldn't open the drawers. Didn't get moved until 3 the next day after maintenance said he couldn't fix the ac. The new room was smaller on the second floor in the back. The hot tub hasn't worked since December, according to them they have staffing issues. »

« Communication was great, but the room was not clean. The sheets had black hairs everywhere. As soon as I looked under the bottom sheet, it was worse. The dust was awful too. And it got really hot during the night. Unfortunately, you have to share the temp with other guests staying. So keep that in mind. There was no refund offered. Just a new room in a totally different building, and my circumstances it wasn’t an option. If it was actually cleaned and had clean sheets it wouldn’t be a bad place...
