Private: property 570 m2 (fenced) with lawn 22 m2 wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, fitness room, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 950 m, supermarket 11 km, restaurant 950 m, pebble beach 2.5 km, concrete beach 2.5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.
