« The apartment was very clean and everything thing we needed was provided. We enjoyed the fresh farm milk, farm eggs, homemade jelly, homemade bread and the beautiful fresh flower arrangement. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal. Dorothy was very friendly and we enjoyed talking with her and her son and daughter. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here. Also we will be recommending it to our friends and family. »

« We made several meals here and entertained family. The kitchen is well equipped and very clean. The living room is also very comfortable. The apartment has lots of natural light. The location is walking distance to a park and the center of town. It was a delightful stay. »

« Very clean & convenient. We were doing college tours in the area, like Villanova, which was only 5 minutes away, and at the end of the week I completed the Women’s Philadelphia triathlon, which was only 18 minutes away. Dave was extremely responsive when I had special requests and it is a very safe area. The front bedroom is close to the street so on the weekdays there is some traffic noise but there is a white noise machine to help with that. »

« Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. « This is an attractive and very comfortable apartment in a great location on the Main Line. It's convenient to local colleges, restaurants, and shops, and an easy trip to center city Philadelphia. The facilities are excellent and include a well-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. Highly recommended »
