Guten Tag zusammen, leider war unser Junior Suite sehr dreckig und Staubig auch nach mehrfacher Reklamation an der Rezeption nur Reinigungspersonal was oberflächlich reinigt. Sehr schade. Dadurch sehr schlechte Luft im Zimmer sehr staubig. 4 Leute am Empfang und keiner hilft dabei ein Taxi zu rufen oder guten Service zu leisten. Leider kommen wir nicht noch mal. Sehr schlechter Fernsehr nicht nutzbar da sehr alt

Das Frühstück ist ok und schmackhaft. Ausgelegt auf indische Touristen. Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gute öffentliche Anbindung mit der Metro. Am Pool viel zu wenig Liegen. In dieser Gegend alleine als Frau abends unterwegs zu sein ist sicher aber komisch. Habe mich unwohl gefühlt.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend und super freundlich. Hotel sauber. Man bekommt leicht ein Taxi oder der Concierge hilft dabei. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist nicht wirklich groß. Geschmacklich ok. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Mall of the Emirates. Dort die Anbindung zur Metro. Wir haben am zweiten Tag ein Gold-Ticket gekauft, was echt angenehm war. Allzu teuer ist es auch nicht. Für einen Städtetrip ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Insgesamt ok
Eigentlich ist es ein guter günstiger Ort zum schlafen und liegt zentral in Dubai um alles zu erreichen. Die Suite ist sehr geräumig und nett eingerichtet, die Sauberkeit auch insgesamt in Ordnung. Der Dachpool sauber, der Poolboy leider nicht ganz so engagiert, aber insgesamt ok. Einziges Problem, die Zimmer im ersten und zweiten Geschoss leiden schon sehr unter der Lautstärke der umliegenden Straßen. Aber insgesamt für den Preis echt ok

Top Hotel mit dem besten Personal
Ich bin beruflich in echt vielen Hotels auf der ganzen Welt unterwegs. Dieses Hotel hier bleibt mir definitiv positiv in Erinnerung. Ein tolles, großes Zimmer mit vielen Farben. Die Klimaanlage ist leise, das Bad mit Regendusche ein Traum und das aller beste ist das Personal im Hotel. So freundlich, zuvorkommend und kundenorientiert würde ich als Gast lange nicht mehr behandelt. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Die nähe zur Metro (ca. 5-8 min.) ist sehr praktisch. Mit der Metro erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super und reichhaltig. Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Die Möglichkeit auch am Abend im Hotel zu Essen ist praktisch und das Essen ist sehr gut. Einzig der etwas kleine Pool gibt ein kleines Minus.

Hallo, zum schlafen, duschen und frühstücken absolut ausreichend. Das Hotel ist von 2 Moscheen umgeben was gerade am Morgen sehr anstrengend ist, da die Gebete per Lautsprecher mit der Außenwelt geteilt werden. Für Leute mit leichten Schlaf nicht zu empfehlen.

Modernes Hotel in der Nähe der Mall of Emirates
Wir genossen eine Woche Komfort und Luxus ! Die Zimmer sind großzügig und komfortabel und das Frühstück mit einer riesigen Auswahl! The room is free and ready,its not sellable this morning till original checkin at 3 pm,they would charge 45 $ and than after you decide to have breakfast and not early check in , the staff come to the breakfast room ar 10 am !!!!!!! 4 hours later than arrival to tell you the room is ready for check in ?????? Why not 4 h ago???? Unbelievable!!!! Coustomer ribbing!!! Reason for only 3 Service points . Only Front office and GM !!!....Restaurant , room and wellness staff extremely excellent.

Das Hotel ist modern - Sehr helle farbenfrohe Einrichtung. Zimmer sind modern und zweckmässig - zusätzliche europäische Steckdosen. Das Personal an der Reception sowie im Speisesaal könnte freundlicher und besser geschult sein, jedoch für ein typisches Stadthotel ist es ok.

Tolles, wenn soweit in Dubai möglich, zentralgelegenes Hotel. 10 Gehminuten vom Mall of the Emirates. Pool auf dem Dach. Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal. Alle sehr hilfsbereit. Kleines Manko: Hatten ein Suporior Zimmer. Dieses war, weil zum Innenhof gelegen, leider ohne Fenster. Ansonsten Top ausgestattet. Immer gerne wieder.

Sauberes Hotel aber nicht wie erhofft
Das Hotel ist Sauber und so wie es aussieht sehr Neu. Nach dem Check In haben wir ein Zimmer erhalten das Richtung Atrium zeigt. Wir wollten das Zimmer nicht. Ohne Fenster nach Außen geht gar nicht! Dafür wollten die ca. 30 € pro Nacht mehr haben. Das habe ich auch dann bezahlt. Das Schwimmbad am Dach war auch geschlossen, wegen Reparatur.

Good value for money, very courteous and helpful staff, location is within a 10-min walk of the Mall of Emirates, good gym and Spa (which is not mentioned by Expedia in the property description -- therefore was an excellent, unexpected, bonus). On the negative side -- the internet speed is incredibly slow (8mpbs on download and 5mbps on upload) making video / Zoom calls impossible. I paid ($55/mo) to increase the speed to the Max possible of 30mpbs on upload and download -- and apparently that's the MAX possible speed in Dubai -- no telecom provider offers anything above that... Given a normal speed in developed countries is 100mpbs -- 30mbps for $55/mo seems pretty disappointing.

De kamer is sterk verouderd. Er zit schimmel op de muren en in het bad, de vloer is vies, er ligt veel stof op de grond, een plank hangt los boven de koelkast, vloerkleed is vies. De kamer is zeer gehorig, het verkeer van buiten lijkt door de kamer te rijden. De bedden bij het zwembad zijn goed.

In the middle of the night while my daughter and I were sleeping, we had two men knock on my door saying they are receptionist and that there was noise complaint. They asked us to open the door. I said it can’t be us because we are fast asleep. I could no longer sleep and was scared. The next day I complained and the manager said it’s against their policy to do that and even if there was a complaint a call should have been made rather than knocking on the door in the middle of the night. He checked the cameras and listened and confirmed it was not from our room. So u professional. They offered just an ‘apology’. I demanded a compensation and they provided two days breakfast we went one day and skipped the next because breakfast was HORRIBLE. They then went and FLAGGED my account so the next time I stayed at another Al khoory Hotel recently, they said I was ‘flagged’ for the free breakfast. The worst experience ever. If you care about your safety and proper professional staff with good protocol save your money. More happened but I’ll leave it at that.
