Durchschnittliches Hotel in guter Lage
Als Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht war das Hotel OK. Es liegt in einer guten Lage sehr nahe beim Flughafen. Das Hotel ist jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Bad war nicht mehr ganz dicht, das Bett zu hart.

11 Tage im Avenue Hotel
+Das Hotel liegt in direkter Nähe zur Metro Station (5 min zum gehen). + Das Wlan ist super + Sauber + Hotelsafe & Klima + Täglich frisches Wasser auf dem Zimmer. - Das Viertel Deira wo sich das Hotel befindet ist eher ein armes Viertel - Die Reception ist eher unfreundlich & muffig - Zwar ein kostenlosen Parkplatz für Hotelgäste in der Tiefgarage, diese jedoch sehr sehr klein und eng! - Hotel ist sehr ringhörig!

Das Hotel liegt nur 200m von der Al Rigga Metro Station entfernt. Die zimmer sind gut ausgestattet einzig die Fenster könnten schalldichter sein um nicht von den Lautsprechern die zum Morgengebet rufen geweckt zu werden. Sicher eines der günstigsten 4 stern Hotels. Schöner Pool an Dach.

Gute Lage zur Metro
Viele Fastfood-Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte in der Nähe.Hotel-Personal war sehr freundlich. Check in/out ging sehr schnell und reibungslos.Eine Gebür von 3 Dhs (0,60 €) pro Nacht musste noch vor Ort bezahlt werden.Zimmer waren sauber,free wifi,tv nur ein deutschsprachiger Sender ( ZDF).2 kleine Wasser und Instant-Coffee plus Wasserkocher am Tag waren frei. Hotel war sehr ruhig am Tag und in der Nacht ( Zimmer war ganz oben im 7.Stock). Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen für Dubai-Gäste die zum Sightseen kommen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilsbereit. Das Zimmer war nach hinten,weil wir es ruhig haben wollten,dafür ohne Balkon.Weil es schall-dichte Fenster hat, hätten wir auch zur Hauptstraße wohnen können.Der Conserge war behilflich bei Busrundreisen und war auch sonst sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichlich und abwechslungsreich. . Das Restaurant hatte abends öfter geschlossene Gesellschaften. Alternativ gab es im 1.Stock noch 2 Restaurants, die waren uns aber zu dunkel und die Musik war zu laut. Gute Anbindung an die Metro. Wir würden wieder da wohnen

Unbedingt vermeiden.
Zunächst war es schwierig, das Hotel zu finden, da die Expedia-Kartenangabe inkorrekt war. Das Hotel ist nämlich ca. 1 km von dem angegeben Ort entfernt und liegt nicht am Östlichen Rande des Friedhofs, sondern in der Mitte der Al Rigga Road. Das Zimmer entsprach zwar den Anforderungen für 4-Sterne-Niveau, war aber ziemlich heruntergekommen und hatte (obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer) einen starken Zigarettengeruch. Die Dusche hatte keinen Duschkopf. Unter der Wanne war eine Pfütze infolge einer Undichtigkeit. Der abgeschlossene Balkon (wie in Dubai üblich) war mit Vogelkot übersät. Aber das schlimmste war, das wir (kleine Familie) uns in dem Hotelzimmer Bettwanzen eingefangen haben, die wir nun Zuhause haben, und unsere 2-Jährige Tochter und wir sind seit der 1. Nacht voller Wanzenstiche. Hätten wir lieber etwas mehr bezahlt und wären in ein vernünftiges Hotel gegangen!

Checking-in & out and staffs are really helpful and room is good but needs to be upgraded. Also balcony needs to re design to use. The location is really the best and can find walkable distance cafe & restaurants. Also the shopping malls. Overall the staying is really good and recommend this place

I think the rooms have been updated in the last couple of years. This is my second stay this year and the room had plenty of light, was clean, and the internet worked well. The location is good. There are lots of groceries and restaurants nearby and Reef Mall and Al Gauraud (Sp?) Mall are within a 10 to 15 minute walk. There is a good bar with a very talented Philippino band on site also. This is a pretty good hotel.

They may have updated the rooms. A year ago I was here and there was trouble getting hot water and wifi. Now that was fine. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is good with a couple of malls, Reef and Al Ghura(?) within walking distance and lots of stores in between. Good entertainment in the Manila21 club on the second level. Overall a pretty good stay for the price.

Poor service, management, run down condition, worn-out towels! so gross! I'm ashamed I stayed here for 4 nights I had a prepaid stay. A Trap! Zero stars! I won't share the pics let's just leave it at that.

Hotel Fine - Visit rules a bit Prison-like
Room was large and clean. Hotel a but dated but in good condition and clean. I didn't like the prison-like requirements of demanding ID from anybody you wanted to go back to your room, even for a drink ! It's very controlling and you don't see it in many other hotels - suggests it's a down-market clientele. Didn't like the fact that the hotel does not regard you as able to trust your own invited visitors. For this reason i will not use it again
