Sehr schönes Hotel mit nettem, zuvorkommendem Personal und lecker Frühstück. Einziger kleiner Makel ist die etwas laute Musik aus der Poolbar bis spät in die Nacht.

Hotel novo, moderno e central
O hotel é ótimo, novo, bonito, limpo e com a vista pra cidade linda! A piscina é muito agradável, mas infelizmente não há cadeiras suficientes para o número de hóspedes. Café da manhã variado. Localização próxima ao Dubai Mall. Existe um ponto de ônibus em frente ao hotel, mas me locomovi por taxi. A pé não tem muito há fazer nas imediações.

Hotel ist gut aber eher ein Viersternehotel
Hotel liegt ein wenig abseits. Was in Dubai nicht schlimm ist, weil man es vorher weiß und eh alles mit dem Taxi erkunden muss. Zimmer sind wie auf dem Bild abgebildet, allerdings wird direkt nebenan ein weiteres Hochhaus gebaut. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt da wir gerade aus dem Badeurlaub gekommen sind. Die Küche ist sehr gut und das Frühstück war sehr üppig.

Hotel in zentraler Lage
Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit einem behindertengerecht umgebautem Zimmer (keine Duschwand, keine Ablageflächen im Bad und im Kleiderschrank die Stange auf halber Höhe montiert...) war danach unser Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr schön....

Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut so dass er das einschlafen erschwierigte. Die Hoteltaxis sind nicht zu empfehlen da sie dass Doppelte kosten weder die orttaxis kosten, versprochen wird immer ein guter preis doch in wirklichkeit wird man auf das doppelte - 3 fache abgezockt. Ansonsten ein gutes Hotel. ..

Sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Es gab eine Pancake Theke mit vielen Toppings. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett. Manchmal versuchen sie einem Events im Hotel anzudrehen. Tolle Aussicht zum Fluss und zur Skyline. Vorallem Nachts.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in Downtown Dubai, alles was dort interessant ist, ist schnell zu erreichen. Der Canal vor dem Hotel bietet zusätzlich Flair. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Skyline und den Burj Khalifa, das war traumhaft, vor allem in der Nacht. Das Personal war immer aufmerksam, nett und unkompliziert.

Das Hotel liegt nur 3,4 km entfernt vom Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall. Taxi´s sind schnell und jederzeit verfügbar. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder.

Es war schon mein dritter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und er war -wie die Male zuvor auch schon- einfach nur super. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön, bietet eine super Aussicht auf die Skyline und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Leider hatten wir einen Ausblick auf eine Baustelle, in der Nacht wurde auf dieser Baustelle gearbeitet, deshalb war es ab und zu etwas laut in der Nacht. Von dem Pool habe ich mir etwas mehr erwartet, leider zu wenige Liegen. Das Frühstück war gut.

Das Personal beim Valet Parking und der Concierge waren super nett. Poolpersonal war nicht freundlich und an der Rezeption musste man bei fragen auch immer wieder nachhaken. Wir sind uns sicher, dass dieses Hotel keine 5 Sterne verdient hat. Vielleicht 4, eher 3! Der Fußboden im Zimmer wurde gefühlt nicht ein mal richtig gesaugt und das Bad war wirklich nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel entsprechend. Die Bilder wirken sehr viel versprechend. Leider ist man dann aber vom Zustand sehr enttäuscht, obwohl es ja eine Neueröffnung sein soll. Wir haben uns von unseren Flitterwochen mehr erwartet. Wir haben öfter versucht vom Room service zu bestellen, aber selbst mit einer einfachen Pizza Margherita waren sie überfordert, weil sie kein Käse mehr hatten... Ein anderes mal bei der Bestellung von Frühstück wollten sie meinem Mann sein Sandwich bringen, ich sollte jedoch weitere 45 Minuten auf einen Joghurt mit granola warten, weil sie es nicht vorrätig hatten. Waren sehr enttäuscht von dieser Planung und den Abläufen im Hotel. Poolliegen haben sie leider auch zu wenig. Platztechnisch gelang es uns in den acht Tagen dort, nur ein einziges Mal einen Platz zu ergatterten, weil an diesem Tag eine Poolparty stattfand und auf einmal doppelt so viele Liegen da waren. Am Tag darauf verschwanden diese leider wieder. Alles in allem ist es ein gutes Hotel, wenn man nur außerhalb essen möchte und nur zum schlafen da ist. An der Sauberkeit muss noch gearbeitet werden. Befleckte Handtücher gehen gar nicht

Die Aussicht vom Hotel war gut, die Lage aber nicht! Das Hotel war von 2 Seiten mit Baustellen versehen. In Dubai wird an 6 Tagen bis zu 24 Stunden gearbeitet. Unser Zimmer hatte einen schönen Blick auf eine Baustelle und unter uns war der Nachtclub, also super zum schlafen. Der Pool war schön aber wer sein Handtuch nicht 8 auf seiner Liege hatte, der hatte Pech! Freitag war in Dubai Feiertag und der Pool mit Einheimischen Familien voll, wie eine schöne Sache in einem 5 Sterne Laden. Wir können das Hotel nicht empfehlen!

Schönes Hotel gerne wieder

das Hotel befindet sich an einer sehr guten Lage Zentral und doch ruhig. Der Service bei der Poolbar war sehr gut, freundlich. Der Service im Restaurant unten war leider weniger gut, das Morgenessen wurde nicht nachgefüllt also kann man da nur als Frühaufsteher geniessen. Die Zimmer sind hervorragend, sauber und auf dem neusten Stand.

Alles in allem ein sehr schönes, komfortables Hotel. Das beste daran war der Poolbereich. Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral in Dubai. Zu Fuß nur zwei Supermärkte in der Nähe, was aber völlig ausreichend ist. Die Nebengebäude haben ebenfalls tolle Restaurants, sollte man aufjedenfall ausprobieren. Getränke sind extrem teuer( 1Redbull fast 10€)Gebucht haben wir ohne Verpflegung, was wir auch nicht bereut haben. Sauberkeit in unserem Zimmer könnte höhere Qualität haben für ein 5 Sterne Hotel, Service und Personal 1a. Gratis Handtücher für Poolbereich sowie für den Strand wenn man mit dem Hotel Beach Shuttlebus fährt(2 mal am Tag). Alles in allem gut.

Topmodernes Hotel in neuem Stadtteil
Das Hotel besticht durch den modernen Auftritt und das rundum freundliche Personal. Die Lage direkt am Creek mit der tollen Aussicht lässt die Baustellen auf der Rückseite in Vergessenheit geraten. Würde sofort wieder dort buchen!

Neues Hotel in aufstrebendem Quartier
Toller Stil, modern, direkt am Central Canal mit beindruckender Sicht auf die Skyline. Überaus freundliches Personal, gute Infrastruktur, toller Pool mit ausreichend Liegeplätzen. Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Must - go to Hotel in Dubai!!!
Wunderschönes neues Hotel, direkt am Business Bay von Dubai. Schöner Pool super Frühstück, Mittagessen und Dinner Buffet! alles um die 120 AED! Mit dem Taxi ist alles super zu erreichen. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!!

Enjoyed our stay at Canal Central. Just be careful with employees who provide incorrect information about excursions and taxi rides. The try to earn money behind the back of the management. And taking a taxi from the hotel is way more expensive then taking an original taxi in front of the hotel. Furthermore we enjoyed our holiday!

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Located in the city and is close to the Dubai mall and many restaurants! Staff was really nice and place is clean and the rooms also! Highly recommend this hotel!
