Laufnähe zur Dubai-Mall, von Baustellen umgeben
Das Hotel hat einen sehr guten Standard, der allein durch die Bautätigkeiten rund um das Hotel gegenwärtig beeinträchtigt wird. Dadurch ist es z. B. am Pool sehr laut. In den oberen Etagen bekommt man vom Baulärm nicht viel mit.

Super Hotel jedoch umgeben von Baustellen
Der Check in und der komplette Service im Hotel waren hervorragend. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und alle Utensilien neuwertig und sauber. Ein Shuttle Service zur Dubai Mall und damit zum Burj Khalifa ist vorhanden. Es stört allerdings, dass das Hotel komplett von Baustellen umgeben ist. Dies geht mit allen Nachteilen einher, die dies mit sich bringt. Sobald die Baustellen abgeschlossen sind ist an diesem Hotel jedoch nicht auszusetzen.

Nettes Hotel Mitten in einem Baustellen Dschungel
Das Hotel war ganz ok (grosse, saubere Suite) aber leider inmitten von ca 10 riesigen Baustellen gelegen. Die eigentlich so praktische Naehe zur Dubai Mall und der 5 minuetige Spaziergang hat sich zu einer taeglichen Taxi-Ralley durch den Baustellen Dschungel herausgestellt. Hotelstaff ganz nett, Pool nicht zu geniessen da zu staubig und zu laute von den umliegenden Baustellen.

Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Dubai Mall
Das Hotel liegt eigentlich direkt neben der Dubai Mall, jedoch in einer Baustelle (was für Duabi nicht ganz ungewöhnlich scheint). Daher muss man einmal um den Block zur Mall. Vom Hotel aus gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttelbus in die Dubai Mall oder ein Taxi für 12AED. Man kann auch zu Fuß gehen aber das erste Stück am Hotel ist eine staubige Baustraße. Da wir tagsüber unterwegs und zum Baden am Strand waren hat uns die Baustelle nicht gestört. Unsere Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern im 15. Stock hatte direkten Blick auf den Burj Khalifa mit offener Küche, Wohnzimmer, 2 Bädern, 2 Schlafzimmern und sogar mit Waschmaschine und offenem Balkon. Das Frühstück war spitze, große Auswahl und alles frisch. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit; die Buchung unserer Ausflüge und Reservierungen hatte jeweils der Concierge für uns getätigt - man muss nur fragen oder sich in die Lobby begeben wo sofort jemand fragt wie er behilflich sein kann. Das Housekeeping kommt erst am Abend - gewöhnungsbedürftig. Unser Zimmer konnten wir bereits um 7:30 Uhr morgens ohne Aufpreis beziehen, Willkommensdrink und Obst inklusive.

Grundsätzlich nettes Hotel, aber...
Gute Lage in der Nähe des Burj Kalifa und der Dubai Mall, die wiederum eine direkte Anbindung an die Metro besitzt. Problem sind aber (noch) die zahlreichen Baustellen rund um das Hotel. Diese machen riesige Umwege erforderlich, wenn man zu Fuß zur Dubai Mall möchte. Alternativ nutzt man den Shuttlebus, der stündlich vom Hotel abfährt. Die Suiten sind ausreichend groß und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, allerdings auch schon (trotz des noch jungen Alters des Hotels) etwas abgewohnt. Die Wellness- und Fitness-Einrichtungen sind absolut in Ordnung, das Frühstücksbuffet hätte ich mir etwas abwechslungsreicher gewünscht.

Schönes Hotel
Das Hotel war super, schöne sehr große Zimmer, konnten früher rein als zum Check-in, leider wurde einmal der Mülleimer nicht geleert und ganz sooo reinlich waren sie nicht, aber immernoch gut! Leider ist die Baustelle noch da, aber der Shuttle Service bringt einen kostenfrei zur dubai mall.

Deceiving advertising as a 5-star hotel. It is at best a poorly maintained 3-star! Ruined our first day experience in Dubai. We went in expecting a 5-star hotel experience and found ourselves in a poorly maintained hotel. Even 3-star hotels are better than that. Such a disappointment that we only stayed there for 5 hours. Do not recommend at all! There are lots of better options in Dubai. The stuff were friendly though.

The location of the hotel is great, only 5min walk to Dubai Mall via Fountain Address View. I wouldn't say the hotel is 5 star. I have stayed here 9 years go and then it would have been 5 years but the place is showing wear and tear. The Restaurant and Reception staff are great. However housekeeping let the hotel team down, not making the rooms up or providing fresh towels, i can understand if it happened the once but it happened for a few days running... which was appalling.

Horrible conditions, not safe to stay.
The stay was horrible, I had made the booking for my honeymoon, which was the biggest mistake I have made. Firstly, the pictures deceive you with views of Burj Khalifa, but according to the staff, the view is now blocked due to new buildings. secondly, the floor which we were staying in had a major water leak previously, there was a damp smell and mold all over the roofs, there were small flies all around. The mold and damp smell affected my breathing, I informed the staff but they paid no attention. I asked them to shorten my booking so I can leave immediately, they said it is not possible, once I contacted Hotels.com which was the booking party, they did not help at all, I asked for a refund but it seems as they don't even care for other people and their health.

Everything was great
Very nice people, reception, breakfast bar and everyone including the cleaning team. Fresh water (4-6 bottles) everyday, everything clean and new towels daily. Wifi very good in all hotel. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym - free. Perfect for few business day spent there. Dubai Mall just around the building, 5 minutes walk distance.

Different experience
We got one of the residence apartments style, it came in handy, clean, and had everything we needed, even a washer and dryer! just alittle different from having a apartment style comfort and not a typical hotel room
