First room: The property was very dirty, when we got into the room a smell of cigar smoke hit us hard, the sofa was dirty, the toilet kept running water and the lamp was of full of dust.
Second room, because we were not going to stay on the first one:The floor was dirty, the curtains stained, the table top stained and the bathroom door didn’t close.
Even though it was their responsibility to keep everything clean for the clients and when we got there it wasn’t the case, we asked for a reimbursement to be able to move to another hotel but they said that a reimbursement was not possible.
