Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the apartment features a modern open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable queen-size bed, and an optional sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 4 guests.



The bright and inviting living area features a satellite TV and large floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. Step onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while taking in the impressive Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai views.



Guests also have complimentary access to excellent building amenities, including a swimming pool with Burj Khalifa views, a fully equipped gym, and a children's play area.



The location is ideal for exploring Dubai, with Dubai Mall approximately a 12–15 minute walk away and Souk Al Bahar, Dubai Opera, the Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Fountain all within easy reach.
