Nice location and nice people
I am very impressed by staff behaviour. Home type of feeling. Big room. Would definitely recommend. Worth the money value. Location is great. Free upgrade was a pleasant surprise Must say Tariq working at this hotel turned my trip to extra pleasant . Always ready one extra mile to help

comfortable large room
Motel was in a good position, close to the Mall of Emirates and the Metro. Plenty of room, separate lounge and bedroom area and two toilets. Washing machine was very handy.

We arrived after 4pm and had to wait 30+ mins to check in. The bathroom has a washing machine in it for some reason with the exhaust and water intake pipes crisscrossing along the tile floor throughout. The morning we were checking out maintence staff and housekeeping walked into the room three seperate times without announcing themselves and stood in the doorway watching us without saying anything until we told them to leave. I know this is a budget hotel, but the whole stay started and ended badly.

Very good appartment
Lovely big appartment, well furnished. A few items of crockery missing on arrival but quickly supplied. Staff efficient and friendly. Area well supplied with various eateries and Mall of the Emirates an easy walk.

Le service etait excellent, la chambre était spacieuse propre et confortable. Le personnel etait accuielllant et chaleureux. Mais à chaque matin vers 7h, l'odeur de cuissons de la nourriture des autres chambres envahie ma chambre du 3e étage. Un peu désagréable. L'hotel était bien situé, à proximité de mall et des épiceries. plus une pharmacie.

one week on business
Stayed in a studio for a week. Much bigger than most studios in the area. Staff efficient and not much construction in the area. Not much in the immediate area but walking distance to the mall.

You get what you pay for!
The bathroom sink was leaking they came to fix it, but it continued to be a problem. When we requested more towels they would bring only one.

Everything what you need and then some :)
Very spacious apartment with two bathrooms , generous size bedroom and livingroom plus additional bed arrangement. Well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the Metro/train station.

don't pick if you expect any service
Fine if you just want a spacious hotel apartment close to the MoE and metro. Don't expect any service from the staff at the reception, rest of the staff is very helpful and friendly. During check-in the guy at the reception didn't even acknowledge me, only my husband. A/C in the bedroom was broken and couldn't be fully turned off. TV was fine for the Arabic channels, bad reception if you wanted to watch the English ones. Free wifi only worked in certain places of the apartment. Kitchen was decent.

Nice hotel close to main Dubai shopping centre
Hotel was nice and close to shopping centre and public transport it was a good experience for future trip , please note it is very important matter the reception of hotel tried to charge us 500 dirham more for taxes I told them that I have to pay only 2450 aed all included except 10 dirham nightly for municipality taxes and finally I paid 2510 aed this was the only negative and disappointing thing ,
