Trotz der hohen Kapazität, waren die Angestellten immer sehr freundlich, hatten immer ein Lächeln parat und waren sehr hilfsbereit und fragten nach. Das Gym ist super ausgestattet und die Geräte sind in top Zustand. Das Training hat super Spaß, vor allem bei der Aussicht auf den Creek.

This is in my opinion a five-star hotel at a budget price from the room size to the little things like three bottles of water instead of two. Nice view. Big comfortable bed. I would like more control over the AC it's set for 18° c. That's a little bit cold for me and I can't change it. It keeps going back to the same thing. It's got probably the best breakfast I've been in ever and I've been traveling for 3 years . Been into a lot of hotels and this is probably they best chance a little bit every morning. People are crowded in the restaurant. The biggest problems you want to get up and get more and they'll clean your table up by the time you get back and somebody else is sitting there. They need a little sign on the tables you can turn over and say Occupied. They have a bar restaurant on the 4th floor, same floor as the breakfast. Same floor as the pool. The same floor as as the gym and the salon. Everything's top notch and they're so many employees that are smiling and want to help you all the time. They even have a new razor for you in the bathroom, which is a first, plenty of drawer space in the hotel room to put things, extra pillows on the bed besides the four for the king size bed. The main restaurant down on the ground floor could be a little better in the sense of not too many go there but the food is great. Service is great! The girls are cute and very helpful, but the kitchen is out of sight and it appears that the restaurant is an afterthought. A large Canal Walk

I wouldn't recommend this hotel, the reservation although already paid, I had to process a second payment because they couldn't identify the reservation number. Still waiting the refund to be done. The key-cards did not work, we had to go countless times to reception to get a new card.

I came for conference and had issues the moment I came. Note I to Dubai twice a year usually. It was the worst experience ever. As I arrived early in the morning my room was not ready. I was offered to have breakfast. Well it was the last time I had breakfast though I paid for it. During 10 minutes I was as to move to another table three times as I was alone and most tables were for families or couples. I travel around the world and sometimes I travel alone and I have never been told I sit at the wrong table. I am a adequate person and if the restaurant was fully booked I would do the in respect to other customers but the restaurant was empty. When I reported the issue to the reception they apologized and that’s it. In advance I requested non smoking room as I gave allergy and I am total non smoker. Well I was given the most stinky smoky room . Unfortunate experience & do not recommend at all.

Our records reflect your requested a room upon arrival at the hotel at 8:00 a.m., on the 28th of October 2022; may we bring to your attention our standard check-in time is 14:00 hours, the check-in time is clearly stated on our partner website and on our hotel website. As we could not assist at that early time due to high occupancy levels, you were offered a Suite at an additional cost, which following a physical visit, with our Front Office Supervisor Mr. Islam, you accepted, regrettably this option was for a smoking Suite.We would like to believe the above is an isolated incident and we will gladly show you our true hospitality should you afford us the opportunity to host you again in the near future. My room smelled like mold. I requested to go to a different room and it also smelled like mold. So I didn’t stay the night and simply left the hotel after 30min because it smelled.
