I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat with my family for a week vacation. We had a family room, which was spacious and clean. The hotel staff, from the reception to room service, was very friendly and professional. The restaurant staff was also very friendly and professional, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is located in the Deira area of Dubai, which has a lot to offer, including different types of food chains, shopping malls, and a metro station on the red line, which connects you to the city metro green line. There is also a tourist office in the hotel, where you can book sightseeing trips. The hotel is a 15-20 minute drive from the Dubai International Airport. There are a few things that could be improved at the hotel. First, the swimming pool water was a bit cold for swimming. Second, the elevators do not have sensors in the doors, which means that if someone is inside the elevator and has pressed the button for any floor, the door will close immediately without delay. This can be dangerous, especially for children. My daughter was actually hit by the elevator door once because of this. I think the hotel should update its elevators to include safety features such as sensors. Finally, the washing machines in the laundry room were extremely loud. This was a minor inconvenience, but it is worth mentioning. Overall, We had a positive experience at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Nicht weit vom Flughafen in Deira
Eher einfacheres Haus der Hilton-Kette nicht weit vom Airport. Saubere Zimmer, guter Schallschutz. Es gibt auch Familienzimmer mit Verbindungstür. Das Frühstücksangebot für Europäer ist nicht ganz so üppig. Kleiner, einfacher Pool auf dem Dach, von wo man startende bzw. landende Flugzeuge beobachten kann.

Sehr hübsches, etwas kleineres Hotel in Dubai
Das Hotel ist sehr schön! Das Personal ist zuvorkommen und erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch. Der Pool ist sauber und nicht überladen mit Gästen. Das Frühstücks- Büffet ist sehr gut! Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei! ( selbstgemachte Waffeln, Omletts, ... ) Leider ist das Hotel nicht super Zentral, aber mit der Metro Station (ca 5 min zu Fuß entfernt ) kommt man ohne jeder Problem ins Zentrum (Dubai Mall) in 20 min.

Das Hotel ist abseits gelegen, um in die Stadt zukommen kann man mit der nah gelegen Bahn fahren, muss jedoch umsteigen. Das Servicepersonal war sehr unterschiedlich, teilweise sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent und teilweise genau das Gegenteil.

Etwas außerhalb gelegenes Hotel, 800 m zur Metro
Die Zimmer und der Service sind sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Tolles Büfett!! Allerdings bei Halbpension ist das Abendessen nicht sehr gut. Anfangs bekamen wir nur eine kleine menüauswahl welches sehr zu wünschen übrig liess. Gegen Ende der Reise gab es Büfett welches sehr lecker war. Wir vermuten das bei geringerer Auslastung des Hotels es kein Büfett gibt. Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung.

Tolles Hotel in Stadtnähe
Das Hotel liegt im Stadteil Deira und ist ca. 15 Minunten von Downtown Dubai entfernt. Es gibt einmal am Tag einen Shuttleservice nach Downtown Dubai (Burj Khalifa und Dubai Mall). Mit dem Taxi ist man für 30DH (ca.8€) dort. Das Hotel hat einen super Service und tolles Personal. Ich persönlich habe kein einziges mal das Putzpersonal gesehen und das Zimmer war abends immer sauber. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert und die Fenster relativ dick, sodass man keinen Lärm mitbekommt. Das Hotel hat einen Pool und einen Fitnessbereich, welche wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Das Hotelpersonal ist zudem sehr zuvorkommend, wenn man unten steht und ein Taxi möchte, stellt sich das Personal raus und organisiert ein Taxi. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden!!

If you have a car, property is ideally located in deira towards bur dubai. It’s a good location to stay in terms of proximity with car. There is a station walkable within 5 minutes but I have never tried it. Staff is good and supportive (cheers to may at reception and another guy who was at night shift). There is laundry to use for free but, I had challenge with the laundry machine as it was not completely operative. Overall good hotel and location.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful Staff we amazing and helped with everything we would need couldn’t ask for better Got a clean room to come to every night The pool is lovely THE FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE and the waiters where even better accommodating everyone Also there are markets and a street near by with shops and it feels like such a safe area I came with my sister and 2 women in the street we where fine Perfect and cheap place to stay

I stayed recently in February and had originally booked an accessible King room. At check-in was told that the room isn't available as it had been taken. We were moved to a different King room and told we can change rooms the following day. This wasn't very professional considering I had booked in August 2023 and a week before confirmed everything. We noticed in this room that the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working but didn't think too much of it. It then was about 3pm the next day before we were given the second room which wasted the whole morning. The second room bathroom was a wet-room and the extractor fan wasn't working here either. We raised it with the hotel and they sent someone to look at it. The following day they were still trying to fix it and turned out the pipes had eroded on the roof causing it to affect all rooms. How was this the first they became aware of it? The smell in the bathroom was unbearable and constantly damp/mould smelling. It ruined our experience of the hotel
