Von der Ankunft bis zum Abreisetag alles top. Gute Organisation. Stilvolles Ambiente im ganzen Hotel. Cool draussen vor gigantischer Kulisse das Frühstück zu geniessen. Das Frühstückbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen. Cool integrierter Pool, mit Baldachin Liegen und mit Bar. In kurzer Zeit ist man zu Fuss im Herzen Dubais. Bei der Dubai Mall, den so zahlreichen Restaurants, dem Dubai Fountain, der Oper, dem Busbahnhof. Sehr zentrale und doch ruhige Lage. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

Das Vida Hotel ist ein in Downtown sehr zentral gelegenes luxuriöses Hotel. Modernes Design, mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Restaurants, schöner Pool, der Poolbereich wird in der Nacht zu einer Barlounge umgewandelt, sehr chic.

Das Hotel bietet ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente, die Mitarbeiter sind durchwegs freundlich und bei Extrawünschen gern behilflich. Ich glaube sogar, die können Gedanken lesen, denn oft wurde mein Wunsch erfüllt, bevor er ausgesprochen war. Sehr gutes Hotel an idealer Lage; für alle Reisend
Dies ist eine Bewertung für das Partnerhotel Al Manzil. Da das Qamardeen wegen Renovation (wird neu zu 5Stern-Plus...!) geschlossen ist, wurden wir ins Al Manzil umgebucht. Das Al Manzil liegt etwas besser, als das Qamardeen, vis-a-vis des Hotels The Address. Alles tiptop. Das Frühstück kostet 105R (ca. 12EUR) und ist gut. Super Pool und komplett eingerichteter Kraftraum mit guten Geräten. Vom Flughafen via Metro sehr einfach erreichbar - ab Metrostation mit Bus direkt vor das Hotel (gilt auch für Qamardeen, einfach eine Busstation weiter). Oder per Taxi innert ca. 15 Minuten zu ca. 40R. Zu Fuss in die Mall sehr praktisch möglich - einfach 1x über die Strasse.

wird jedes jahr schlechter
seit jahren wohne ich in diesem hotel aber jedes jahr wird der service schlechter und schlechter. Wenn man keine Eigeninitiative hat dann muss man Stunden auf seinen Kaffee warten. Das Hotel hat nun seit 2 monaten ein neues Management (nicht mehr suedafrikanische Firma sondern Emaar selbst). Man kann nur hoffen,dass die es besser machen.

PERFEKT!!!
Das war ein perfekter Aufenthalt, obwohl Ramadan war! Frühstück zwar etwas teuerer, aber große Auswahl und sehr lecker! Der Bur Al Kalifa und die Fontänen und die Dubai Mall sind gleich neben an! Der Personal ist freundlich und wir konnten schon um 06.00 Uhr einchecken, obwohl der Voucher 14.00 Uhr auswies. Gott sei Dankl - den wir waren total k.o., nach einer Reise aus Asien kommend und um 03.30 in Dubai gelandet!

Absolut hervorragend
Ich war in Dubai verschiedentlich in 5-Sterne-Hotels; Qamardeen hat zwar nur vier Sterne; den Vergleich zu den meisten 5-Sterne-Hotels braucht es aber nicht zu scheuen: Der Service ist wesentlich persönlicher, die Zimmer modern und wohnlicher als in manch anonymen 5-Sterne-Gross-Hotels, etc. Hervorragend die Lage in der Nähe von Dubai Mall und Burj Khalifa; abends kann man zu Fuss einiges erreichen, und bezogen auf andere Sehenswürdigkeiten ist Old Town sehr zentral gelegen.

Sehr gutes, sauberes, toll gelegenes Hotel - allerdings mittelmäßiger Service
Abgesehen vom leicht problematischen Check-In und dem wirklich sehr mittelmäßigen Service (unfreundlich, nicht gerade schnell und effizient) war das Qamardeen eine Reise wert. Die Zimmer sind groß, toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch generell ist die Hotelausstattung sehr gut. Internet for free gibt's für jeden, der sich einen Computer mitbringt, ein täglicher Shuttle fährt die Gäste kostenlos zum Strand, natürlich kann man sich auch an den kleinen Hotel Pool legen (leider gibt es nicht allzu viele Liegen). Vom Hotel aus kann man den Burj Kalifa und die riesige Dubai Mall mit dem beeindruckenden Dubai Fountain und diversen Restaurants bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Alles andere lässt sich unkompliziert und verhältnismäßig billig mit dem Taxi erledigen - eins steht immer vor der Tür.

I had stayed at this property previously when it was known as Vida Downtown prior to the current rebrand under the Marriott Bonvoy. I was first told that I had a lovely room with a balcony. The balcony overlooked one of the busiest intersections in Downtown and the noise from 4pm onwards was constant. On the next day, there was construction noise that was occurring right by room. I had assumed these were renovation works, I had to leave my room for a couple of hours to finish my Zoom meetings as the noise was incessant. On the following day, the TV was not working and I was told it was an issue with the data connection. They offered to move to another room but by then it was 10 pm and I was checking out the following day. On the day of checkout the construction noise began prior to 10 am. I decided to leave the hotel and I informed the front desk team to have my room cleaned. I came back and the TV was fixed but the room was not cleaned. I spoke to the duty manager an out what has happened but was told that the construction works are out of the control of the hotel and that it was permitted from 10 am to 6 pm. I had then said that this information should have been shared upon checking-in to give me an option of being in another part of the hotel. All I was then told by the duty manager was that this was the mistake of the front desk staff and that she would look in to it. Terrible experience and will not come back again.

This property is centrally located and convenient to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The hotel is very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. We had a very early arrival and the hotel accommodated an earlier check in which was greatly appreciated. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent location downtown Dubai. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Special mention to Terri on reception for her welcoming friendly service. Some improvements taking place at the moment mean that the man with the drill was a bit annoying but hopefully this will finish soon.

Vida has become part of Marriott Autograph collection and is now known has Hotel Boulevard. It is an excellent hotel (with only one minor issue). The location is superb - walking distance to Dubai Mall, Souk Al Bahar etc. Breakfast buffet is excellent; the staff are wonderful; and the rooms are spacious. We encountered two irritations though. There was an electric socket on one side of the bed and not another. Overnight charging while having one’s alarm/phone nearby wasn’t possible for one of us. More importantly, the lights in the bathroom are low wattage. Bathroom - especially area around the mirror - is poorly lit making it very difficult to shave, put make up on etc. at the very least, the makeup magnifying mirror should have sufficiently bright lights.

3 star hotel at best.
I checked in after 45 minutes waiting in line they had only one person for check in. Once entered the junior suite found out about very loud construction going on next door. Hotel trapped me by not mentioning it and when I complained they said it’s not in our control but we thought we will hide from you. After speaking the manager they moved me to another suite with less sound. But the windows are terrible you can hear every automobile from the main road facing the hotel. 3 star hotel at best.
