Das Hotel ist super für eine Übernachtung wenn man am nächsten Tag weiter will, wir waren schon das zweite Mal da. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei dem Welcome Manager Ragy, welcher uns nach dem schönen Lufthansa Flug in Premium Economy sehr nett und höflich aufgenommen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Leider fehlte trotz korrekter Buchung das dritte Bett. Kann immer mal passieren, es dauerte jedoch etwas länger, bis das Bett da war. Um 1 Uhr morgens ist man dann nicht mehr so geduldig. Ansonsten war es ok; von uns gedacht als eine Übernachtung nach dem Nachtflug, bevor es in das endgültige Hotel ging. Frühstück war ok.

Für eine schnelle Nacht am Flughafen noch gerade so okay. Ansonsten abgenutztes Sanitär auf dem Zimmer (Duschkopf nicht einstellbar, Duschstange kam einen entgegen). Lange Check In Zeit (25 Minuten). Kleines Chaos beim Frühstück. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt! Das Personal ist super nett und freundlich, da gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Die Einrichtung… hm naja. Es waren so viele Kleinigkeiten kaputt, welche mit wenigen Handgriffen behoben wären. Sowas muss nicht sein. Ein paar Beispiele: Fussleisten abgebrochen/nicht mehr richtig verklebt, Drückerplatte vom Spülkasten locker/hing nach unten, Klopapier Halter nicht mehr richtig fest, Halterung Duschkopf defekt…

The hotel room was very smelly. It seems that someone before had smoked some cigarette on the toilet, and the hotel service is very bad. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in Dubai - fortunately it was just a quick day. I would strongly suggest to take another amazing hotel for you stopover or quick stop. This hotel lacks in terms of service, quality and hospitality.

Convenient location from airport and metro. However, not convenient to get from airport to hotel even it’s 15 min walk distance but it’s not possible to walk. Not sure about metro, because when we called from airport to hotel asking for suggestions how to get there, the only answer was taxi.

Rooms are ok and in good condition. Be aware that for some rooms (or all?) there is no separation between the bathroom area and the bedroom. The shower door opens right into the bedroom area so if you need privacy it is limited to the space within the shower. Breakfast was underwhelming and there were issues with clearing tables and resetting cutlery. Hotel is walk able from metro station but starting to the stretch the limit of walking with suitcases especially in the heat and over the brick sidewalks.

I booked this hotel because: 1.it is near the airport 2.it has free transportation to the airport. In the morning I went to the front desk to a staff member named Amr and asked him for the airport shuttle schedule. he asked for my boarding ticket and my phone to register me for the shuttle. after 2 minutes he gave me back my phone and said he had registered me. then I found out that I had written a review on my behalf on google about your company. 30 minutes later the shuttle arrived. The employee asked to see my ticket. He asked me what terminal I was at. I told him I didn't know. Then he googled the information and said I should go to terminal 1. When I arrived at the airport I couldn't find my flight in the flight schedule on the electronic board. I asked the desk clerk what I should do if I couldn't find my flight. he looked and told me that I had to go to another airport. it was 3.5 hours before the flight. I went outside and got into a cab and went to the airport. I paid 100$ for the cab. After 2.5 hours I arrived at the other airport and somehow managed to check in and get on the plane. I ask for a full refund of the money I spent on the taxi. And the company should either not provide this service at all or hire responsible and honest employees.

The hallways and the hotel room were dirty and poorly maintained, there was also a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room/level.
